Orders placed by 11 am PST will typically be shipped out the same business day.
However, sometimes orders may take up to 2 business days to be processed and packed depending on our inventory. We will contact you via either email or phone should there be any problems. Orders received on the weekend will be processed the next business day.
We ship using UPS for US addresses in the 48 contiguous states.

There will be an additional $10 for standard shipping and an additional $20 for 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air.
We will gladly ship to PO boxes at no additional charge. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with a tracking number. However, there is an additional $5 fee per order to ship to an APO or FPO address. We use USPS Priority Mail for these orders. Express shipping are not available for both PO Boxes and AFO/FPO addresses.
We currently only ship domestically. We apologize for any inconvenience.

UPS tracking numbers start with "1Z9". To track your order, go to the UPS website and enter the tracking number sent to you in your order confirmation e-mail.
