Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

If you need to return/exchange a product, you must do so within 30 days of the invoice date. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns or exchanges.

Delivery charges are nonrefundable.

Please note our return policy as we do not accept any returns or exchanges after 30 days of the invoice date. Please email us at info@birdpick.com and state the reason why you would like to return the item. Once your request has been received, you will be contacted within 5 business days and instructions for sending back the item(s).

Should you get any broken or damaged goods, please make sure to contact us right away and include which items are broken in your email to us. We will remedy any situation that is our fault as soon as possible and at no cost to you.

Limitations

In order to keep our prices as low as possible, there are certain restrictions when returning merchandise to us.

Herbal Products & Tea - To return a product for refund/exchange, merchandise must still be unopened. If any portion of the extract is used, we can not offer you an exchange or refund.

All Other Items - Products may be returned or exchanged if items are in a new and unused condition.

Defective Items - If an item is defective, we will replace it promptly.

Wrong Item - If you receive a product that you do not want or need, please contact us, and we will set up for UPS to come pick up the incorrect item and will promptly ship out the correct item.

Our error - If we make a mistake on your order, we will make it right or give you your money back. Customer satisfaction is our number one goal.
