Bird Pick's Decaf Oolong tea is decaffeinated by exposing moistened tea leaves to pressurized carbon dioxide which acts as a solvent to remove the caffeine. Because nothing else is affected during the process, the tea retains its flavor and beneficial antioxidants.

Oolong tea (or Wu-Long tea) is a semi-oxidized tea that has many processing methods. As a result, the infusion may produce a reddish brown, green or even orange brew. This tea is commonly brewed strong and has a hint of bitterness that imparts a sweet and pleasant aftertaste.

This is the first decaf oolong I have ever found, and it is wonderful! I drank the 1st box in record time and just ordered 3 more.
Excellent decaf oolong tea

It is very tough to find a decaf version of Oolong tea. This Bird-pick brand is the only decaf version I have found, and it is very good. It has some floral hints in addition to the traditional light Oolong flavor. I think it is great. I am stocking up now.
