I just made an order online, what happens now?
All online orders are processed within 24-48 hours. When our accounting department verifies available funds and completes the transaction, they will notify inventory to process and pack your order for shipping. When we ship your product, all customers will receive notification that their product has been shipped.

Can I order through the phone?

How can I cancel / modify an order placed online?
As soon as you realize there’s an error, please call us back at 888-TEA-HERB (888-832-4372). Provide our Customer Care Representatives with your order number and they will be happy to assist you.

Returns/Exchanges
 
if you have not used the product and would like to return or exchange the product for a different size or model, please call us at 1-888-TEA-HERB (1-888-832-4372). We will be more than happy to assist you in returning any of our products for an exchange or a refund.

You must receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Agreement) prior to shipping the unit back to us. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You are responsible for the shipping charges and must have the package insured with a traceable carrier.

If you would like to exchange a unit for another, you must ship the item back to us prepaid and insured. Please call customer service at 866-238-1688 to arrange this.

Defective Products
 
It is rare to receive a Zojirushi product that is defective and we will work with you to get it repaired. If you have questions about using the product please contact Zojirushi directly at 866-238-1688. It is Zojirushi's policy to either repair or replace a product at their discretion. If you think the product you received is defective, we will work with you to send the product back to Zojirushi for testing purposes which usually takes about 1 week after receiving the item. If the item is defective, we will promptly replace the unit for you.
