Product Description

This electric tea kettle is an easy way to boil water and keep it warm. It has a patented safety system that is guaranteed to prevent electric shock and promote safe usage. It also features waterproof rings and drain. The stainless steel kettle has a food-grade black paint finish and an insulated plastic handle. No paints nor plastic touch the inside of the kettle.

The heating base features three controls: Stop, Manual and Auto. Turn to Manual to boil water. To keep the water continuously heated, turn to Auto after water has boiled. The base will automatically turn off when the water boils, there is not enough water in the kettle and when the kettle is lifted off of the base.

I've been using mine for awhile now. Recently looked into the pot and noticed rust stains inside of it where the water enters the spout. The water inside was a rusty color as well. I'm not sure where the rust is coming from or if it might be toxic but I'm throwing mine out.
